KCC offers two Bible studies for women to choose from, either on Monday mornings or Thursday evenings.

These study groups provide women with an opportunity to come together and study God’s Word in a theologically rich yet accessible way. We delve into the truths that change and grow our understanding of who God is, what He has done for us, and how these truths should impact our lives. Using high-quality, vetted study guides that encourage us to participate by reading and answering questions at home, we gather weekly to discuss what we have read and learned.

Below is the information regarding each Bible study, along with the times that we meet.

1&2 Peter / The Lord’s Prayer with Lori Wood

Using the book 1 & 2 Peter: Courage in Times of Trouble by John MacArthur which we began in the fall as our guide, we will be finishing 1 Peter and continuing on to 2 Peter. We will see how we can guard against challenges to our faith as we hold fast to God’s Word and rely on its sufficiency and authority. This topic of study will finish on February 6. We will begin a new study on the Lord’s Prayer starting on February 13.

We meet at the church each Monday at 9:30 a.m. If you have any questions, please contact Lori Wood at 208-946-3610.

Romans: The Gospel of Grace with Lisa Slippy

Currently we are midway through examining the book of Romans. “As we pour our hearts into the study of the book of Romans, we will be transformed by God’s grace and overwhelmed by His abundant mercy to us” (Romans: The Gospel of Grace by The Daily Grace Co.). The gospel, when studied carefully and thoroughly, will change everything.

We meet at the church each Thursday at 6:30 p.m. If you have any questions, please contact Lisa Slippy at 208-265-4997.
